RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Zarekhaas Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and hair accessories. Every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

Important Notice

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
A clear unboxing video (starting before the package is opened) is required for all damage or missing item claims.
Edited, cut, or incomplete videos/photos will not be accepted as proof.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only if:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong item.
The issue is reported within 24 hours with valid proof.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for:

Change of mind after placing an order.
Minor color variations caused by different screen settings or lighting.
Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video.
Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged after our team verifies the issue.

Exchange requests are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

Refund Policy

Once your claim is approved:

Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or via bank transfer, where applicable.
